The overweight rugby ball weighs approximately 1kg and when used regularly, will improve wrist strength and the ability to consistantly pass longer distances accurately.
Ideal for use by seniors and juniors from the age of approximately 10 years old as the repetition of skills using the overweight ball can improve passing skills

How to use as a coaching aid:
The pass developer is a valuable training ball and should be used to develop short passes initially to increase muscle memory. Over time increasing the length of pass to ensure stable body position.
When the traditional training or match rugby ball is re-introduced players should be able to pass further distances more accurately.
