Duration/Expiry: Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be redeemed after expiry date.
Why are your vouchers only valid online and only for 1 year? If you take the money upfront, honour it until someone wants to spend it online or in your shop.
Thank you for your feedback. We have always advertised our Gift Vouchers with a 12 month validity period as in our experience this has always been more than sufficient time for gift voucher recipients to complete their purchase. This is clearly displayed to ensure all customers are well aware before purchasing. In the exceptional circumstances that a gift voucher has expired we do try to accomodate where we can.
