How It Works (Process)

Send us your logo + desired wording
Provide your club (or school) logo and any text exactly as you’d like it printed down the stump. -
We prepare a proof
We’ll send you a digital mock-up for your review and approval — including layout, colours, placement. -
You approve and confirm your order
Once you’re happy with the design, simply confirm your order. -
We manufacture & deliver in ~3 weeks
From confirmation to delivery takes around three weeks while we print, finish and package.
Important note on logos:
If your logo isn’t already in a proper EPS format, we’ll charge £25 + VAT to convert it. Simple bitmap-to-EPS conversions may not meet print standard.

| Can we include multiple logos? | Yes — but the Gray-Nicolls logo must remain at the top of each stump. |
| Can we buy individual stumps? | No — we only supply full sets of six stumps + bails. |
| What’s included in the price? | Printing, artwork setup and design are all included in the set price. |
| How long will it take? | Around three weeks from approval to delivery. |
