Very disappointed with this product, it broke the first time I used it?
Won’t be buying a Gray Nichols one again

Hi Gwyn, Thanks for the feedback and I am sorry this broke on first use, but why didn't you simply get in touch so that we could replace or exchange for a different brand that we always keep in stock.

The only slight mitigation would be the extreme weather has resulted in very dry hard grounds.
