Improving Your Online Experience & Securing Your Data

Our Commitment to the safety and security of your personal information
We have been hard at work, improving our website security to ensure your data is as secure as we can make it.
Online Payments
We never store payment information, preferring to use the Global PayPments Provider PayPal to carry out these secure transactions on our behalf. This ensures the safety of your information and means we never receive your card details for online transactions.
Website Security
We have made a number of improvements to our website security and have migrated all of our content from the standard HTTP website platform onto the significantly more secure layer of HTTPS. This can be evidenced by the green padlock and the use of HTTPS in your address bar. We maintain an up to date SSL Certificate which ensures information submitted is fully encrypted and therefore kept safe. You will see and experience little other changes but we hope are reassured that shopping online with Martin Berrill Sports is an enjoyable and safe experience.
Terms & Conditions
GDPR comes into effect on 25th May but what is it? The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation by which the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission intend to strengthen and unify data protection for all individuals within the European Union (EU). Despite Brexit this will still be adopted by the UK after 2019. In compliance of this we have made some changes to our published terms, conditions, privacy policy and our delivery and returns policies. Please feel free to read through these and do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions. For further information on GDPR please see the Information Commissioners Office (click on ICO Image below)
