STANDARD DELIVERY SERVICE:
In stock items are usually dispatched on the day order is received for next day delivery (Monday to Friday). We use FedEx and The Link for all dispatches as we have found them to be extremely reliable. Our postage Charges are very straightforward and the UK rates are shown below:
Orders up to £20 - Postage cost £3.95
Orders from £20.01 to £100.00 - Postage cost £5.95
Orders over £100 - Postage cost £6.95
Please Note: that for extremely heavy or large items such as sight screens, score boxes and heavy equipment, we will charge shipping at cost and will liaise with you to agree shipping costs for these items.
You will need your dispatch consignment / reference number which we will be happy to provide.
Items made to order do take longer. Upon receipt of a completed order we will aim to dispatch your product as soon as possible and usually within 21 days. We do not accept returns of custom made items unless the product is faulty in some way. Before returning a product please contact us to ensure that we are aware of the situation. We reserve the right to inspect the item to confirm the condition prior to agreeing the refund of purchase price less delivery costs.

If an item is out of stock you will be notified within two working days & asked if you wish to cancel or wait until supplies become available.
Delivery time cannot be fixed and will be anytime between 8am and 6pm (Mon to Fri)
Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd uses Fedex and The Link, who make every effort to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. They use the same road network as we all do, and are subject to the same delays and problems as we all experience from time to time. Every effort is made to expedite delivery, but delivery times are not guaranteed
We deliver to addresses with a valid UK postcode.
We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK, except by special arrangement so feel free to contact us by email or telephone for details.
Most orders are shipped by courier and are insured by Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd against loss or damage until signed for by you. It is your responsibility to inspect the carton/s for external damage before you sign for delivery. If the outer box is badly damaged, please make a note of this on the delivery note, and refuse to accept delivery.
If there is more than 1 box in your consignment and it has not been delivered with the other boxes, we will not be liable if the whole consignment has been signed for.
You must inform us immediately if part of your consignment is missing.
After signing for the cartons, please open them as soon as possible and check the contents. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. For most items this is a 12 month "Return To Base" warranty. You must inform Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd of the fault in writing by email, letter or fax. Telephone notifications are not accepted although contacting us by telephone may improve our ability to respond as quickly as possible.
For fault notifications, we require the item to be returned to us for inspection. Whilst we ask the customer to pay for this postage cost and obtain proof of posting, where it is confirmed that the item is faulty this cost will be refunded in full.
Returning An Item
Where a return has been authorised by Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd, you (the customer) are responsible for the initial cost and safe return to Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd of any unwanted (within stipulated timescales) or faulty goods. Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return. You must take reasonable care of the item and must return it, and all packaging and accessories, in original condition. After we receive the item plus all packaging and accessories in original condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item, as soon as possible and within not more than 14 days. Original Delivery (to the customer) charges are not refundable and a re-stocking fee may be applicable. Where an item is faulty the cost of return postage will be refunded in full.
The consumer shall not be entitled to a full refund of the product purchase price if he/she does not take reasonable care of the Goods while the Goods remain in the possession of the consumer. For the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the Goods if such Goods are not returned to Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd packed in their original box, with all accessories, or if the Goods or the internal or external packaging is defaced or damaged in any way.
Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd cannot, & does not, in any way attempt to warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose. It is your responsibility to carefully check specifications, sizes and compatibility before ordering. If you are unsure of the size, suitability or compatibility of an item, please contact Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd before placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are purchasing the correct product.
Goods purchased from Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd are not sold on a trial basis. In accordance with Distance selling regulations, Customers are able to request return of an unwanted item within seven days from receipt of the item (with the exception of made to measure items).
