Home » Terms & Conditions Terms & Conditions SERVICE We endeavour to provide a fast turnaround on all orders with most being dispatched within a day or two from the date they are placed. For custom made items we aim to dispatch as soon as possible but usually within 21 days. ORDERS Orders can be placed by post, E-mail, telephone or fax or via our online ordering system. Alternatively please feel free to visit our shop. ORDER CANCELLATIONS If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us as soon as possible by email with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in this email. If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price including shipping. If we receive your order cancellation after we have dispatched your goods to you, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. REFUNDS Refunds (full or part) will be processed within three working days from receipt of the returned items or cancellation. Please allow up to three working days for payment to progress through the banking systems and into your account. PAYMENTS Payment may be made by cheque (Payable to "Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd"), credit or debit card. Overseas payments should be made by Paypal in £Pounds Sterling Only. Finally we can offer direct payment to our bank account using the BACS direct transfer system (Details upon request) Our Terms are full payment within 28 days from receipt of goods supplied on an invoice basis.
