SERVICE
We endeavour to provide a fast turnaround on all orders with most being dispatched within a day or two from the date they are placed. For custom made items we aim to dispatch as soon as possible but usually within 21 days.
ORDERS
Orders can be placed by post, E-mail, telephone or fax or via our online ordering system. Alternatively please feel free to visit our shop.
PAYMENTS
Payment may be made by cheque (Payable to "Martin Berrill Cricket & Sports Supplies Ltd"), credit or debit card. Overseas payments should be made by Paypal in £Pounds Sterling Only. Finally we can offer direct payment to our bank account using the BACS direct transfer system (Details upon request)
Our Terms are full payment within 28 days from receipt of goods supplied on an invoice basis. (Educational Establishments and school accounts etc).
Placing an order is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions plus those laid out in the Shipping and Returns page.

In the event of a serious complaint regarding service or merchandise, a letter should be sent for the attention of the Managing Director at the address on our contact pages. You have our assurance it will be investigated, and an explanation provided.
